Probe into flooding

Donegal Co. Council has confirmed it’s carrying out investigations into widespread flooding in Inishowen at the weekend while the chairman of Donegal IFA, PJ Monagle stated if half the farmers in the county were in trouble before the torrential rain they all are now.
